RADIO AIRPLAY - Singapore Radio Stations

Ok so we all know that Adam's album is dropping on Nov 24 and his SINGLE might come out anytime between now and then. While we know Adam is great and we will definitely support his music - what really matters is that his SINGLE & ALBUM do well in general! Meaning the general masses MUST like his music! And to LIKE... you need to first LISTEN to his music to decide that you like it!


SO... we need to ensure that Adam's music is played constantly on Singapore's radio! We need to support Adam not only by buying his album but also in promoting his music.

THEREFORE... I say we need to do is plan ahead to ensure that Adam has maximum Radio Airplay on the few important English Radio Stations:

• 98.7FM
  
• 91.3FM
  
• 98FM
  

The MOMENT that Adam's SINGLE is released... we will START requesting the single from ALL 3 radio stations! We will generate interest for Adam's music, and keep his single and album on the forefront of every radio listeners' consciousness!

Below are the various methods that we can employ to promote Adam's music when it is released!

I never really post anywhere else. I know, I'm such a bad SG Glambert member. But can I add something? As a research assistant, I know that Class 95 is the radio station that most Singaporeans listen to, be it young or old. Even taxi drivers turn on Class 95 as a default for English. And I also know that Glenn Ong is probably one of Adam's fanboys. He may not be my most fave DJ but you know...

The exposure through Class 95 is a lot more. I'm not saying anything about the rest of the radio stations but yeah... 98.7FM is more towards the young-ish people. Power 98, I guess, it's a little bit like 98.7 but playing more rock songs. I never really listened to 91.3.

Anyways, maybe we can try there? I don't know how. But, I could try SMS-ing the Morning XPress crew. That's an idea

Alright, I'll wake up early tomorrow and SMS Morning XPress. I wish Class 95 have song dedications. But they don't have it except for like SMSing them at random. I know that for Morning XPress you can do that. Just randomly post a message and hope that Flying Dutchman reads it :p I did for Kradam and it was read out

There's only one song dedication that you can do and that is for Love Songs with Yaz. TFM is not a love song supposedly but looking at the lyrics, it can be a love song.
